Giving back home.
Training opened doors for me in the UK. These projects take some of that back home: Hashem's Farm, a family farm with a growing herd, and in time a sports academy for kids. There's more to life, and you can be part of it.
Four projects, one step at a time.
In time the farm moves, in stages, onto a much larger piece of family land my dad has offered us. Here's the order it happens in.
- Now: Hashem's FarmLand, water, shelter and fencing, and a bigger herd.
- Next: a community around itPeople here and there who follow it, visit it and help it grow.
- Later: a sports academy for kidsTraining, coaching, confidence and mentoring. Passing on what I learnt in the UK, not just handing things out.
- One day: the retreatA simple place to train outdoors, walk the hills, meet the goats and some good people, and go home feeling you've really done something.
Meet the herd.
Eleven of the fifteen, so far. Pick the one you'd like to sponsor and register your interest. There's nothing to pay now.

Hish the goat
The boss of the herd. Big curly horns, an even bigger beard and a very serious face.

Miley
Brown face, white stripe and a dark neck patch that looks like a little scarf.

Hashem
The baby of the herd. Tiny legs, huge floppy ears and the sweetest face on the farm.

Millie
Black head, white coat and a sprinkle of white freckles across her face.

Becky
Chocolate from nose to tail, with one little white star on her forehead.

Lady GoGo
Soft tan coat, a sweet pale face and a yellow ear tag to finish the look.

Cardi G
Almost snow white, with ears that look dipped in chocolate.

Nicki
Look closely: she wears a white heart right in the middle of her forehead.

Bri
Always dressed for the occasion in four dark socks.

Nabila
A bright ginger head, a white stripe and two tiny horns.

Kate
A long white stripe down the face, as if someone painted it on.

Sponsor a goat.
Sponsoring a goat helps build the farm from the ground up, and you follow its story as it grows: its name, photos and news from the farm.
- Register your interest. Nothing to pay now.
- When sponsorship opens, you hear first, with the cost.
- Then decide. No obligation.
It all starts with the training.
The main thing I do is help people in London get stronger and feel better. If that's you too, start with a free consultation.
