Hisham Personal Training

Privacy.

The short version: I only use your details to reply to you and to train you safely. I never sell them or use them for anything else. Ask any time and I'll delete them.

Who I am

Hisham Sempala, trading as Hisham Personal Training. I decide how your details are used. Email info@hishampersonaltraining.co.uk with any question about your data.

What I collect and why

  • Booking form: your name, email or mobile, what you'd like help with and anything you choose to tell me. Used to reply to you and arrange your free consultation.
  • PAR-Q health check: your name, email, your answers to seven health questions and any injuries or conditions you mention. This is health information, so I only collect it with your agreement, when you send the form, and only use it to plan safe sessions for you.
  • Sponsor a goat: your name, email and what you're interested in. Used to tell you when sponsorship opens. You can ask to be taken off the list any time.
  • WhatsApp, phone or email: whatever you send me, used to reply to you.

Who else handles it

A few services help me run the website and my inbox. They only handle your details on my behalf:

  • Web3Forms delivers what you send through the forms to my email.
  • Zoho Mail hosts my email, in its EU data centre.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps it secure.

The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up training together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you train with me, I keep your details and PAR-Q while we work together and for up to 2 years after our last session, then delete them. You can ask me to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your agreement to me holding your health answers at any time. Email info@hishampersonaltraining.co.uk and I'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
